BIG APPLE Retail Therapy

I just returned from a whirl wind tour of NYC.  4 nights/4 days of non-stop Big Apple, Big Fun!  New York is truly larger than life itself.  Along with the usual NYC gotta do things--of course, there was a lot of shopping.  Some boutiques were off the charts expensive, and some were very reasonable.

The most impressive thing that I learned about fashion in NYC, was that people really do take it more seriously -- no flip flops and t-shirts.  Everywhere you go, people are dressed for success--both men & women.  It's part of the culture & community.

Here's what I saw the most of:

• BOOTS!  All styles, all types---everyone wears boots!  
• SCARFS!  Worn by both men & women.  All styles, colors, etc.  
• DRESSES!   Great with boots.  Lots of dresses.

Of course, there was Tiffany's for a little guilty pleasure shopping!

Can't wait for my next trip to the Big Apple!
